Shipping policy

1. Shipping origin
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Ningbo, China, unless another shipping origin is confirmed in writing.

2. Order review before payment
Shipping is not free. The initial checkout may display a zero shipping amount because final shipping cost is calculated only after LANJINGMFG reviews the order quantity, product weight, carton count, destination country, postal code and requested shipping method. Customers must not send payment until the final order amount and shipping cost are confirmed.

3. Dispatch time
Ready-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment and final order confirmation. Orders requiring product changes, additional QC, private-label work or special packing may require more time.

4. Transit estimates
Air shipping is generally estimated at 7–12 days after dispatch. Sea shipping is generally estimated within 25 days after dispatch. These are reference estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, inspections, carrier delays, weather, destination conditions and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

5. Customs, duties and taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, customs fees, local taxes, remote-area fees and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Address accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping name, telephone number, street address, city, state or province, postal code and country. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the buyer.

7. Tracking and delivery
Tracking or shipment information will be provided when available. Delivery is considered completed according to the carrier's delivery record, signed receipt or other confirmed delivery evidence.

8. Split shipments
Where stock, timing or logistics require it, an order may be divided into multiple shipments after discussion with the buyer. Additional shipping cost must be confirmed before shipment.
