SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to business-to-business wholesale orders placed with Lanjing MFG. Shipping arrangements, costs, and delivery estimates may vary by order and must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
1. Shipping origin
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched from Ningbo, China, unless another shipping origin, warehouse, or fulfillment location is confirmed in writing.
2. Order review before payment
Shipping is not free unless Lanjing MFG expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
The website or initial checkout may display a zero shipping amount because the final shipping cost is calculated only after review of:
- total order quantity;
- product weight and volume;
- carton count and dimensions;
- destination country and postal code;
- delivery address type;
- requested shipping method; and
- any special packing or handling requirements.
Customers must not send payment until Lanjing MFG confirms the final product amount, shipping cost, and total payable amount in writing or on the final invoice.
3. Order confirmation and preparation time
Ready-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after:
- payment has been received or otherwise confirmed;
- the final order has been approved;
- the delivery address has been verified; and
- any required shipping instructions have been completed.
Orders involving product changes, additional quality control, private-label work, custom labels, special packaging, relabeling, consolidation, or other special requirements may require additional preparation time.
Preparation time is separate from transit time.
4. Transit-time estimates
Typical transit estimates after dispatch are:
- Air shipping: approximately 7–12 days.
- Sea shipping: generally within approximately 25 days.
These periods are reference estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Transit time may be affected by customs clearance, inspections, carrier capacity, route changes, peak seasons, weather, public holidays, destination conditions, local delivery arrangements, and other events outside our reasonable control.
5. Shipping method and carrier selection
The available shipping method and carrier depend on destination, shipment size, product type, route availability, and buyer requirements.
Lanjing MFG may recommend air, sea, express, or another available method. The final method, estimated transit time, and shipping cost must be confirmed before dispatch.
6. Customs, duties, taxes, and destination charges
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for:
- import duties;
- customs fees;
- local taxes;
- brokerage charges;
- customs inspection fees;
- storage or demurrage charges;
- remote-area surcharges;
- destination handling fees; and
- other charges imposed after the shipment reaches the destination country or region.
The buyer is responsible for providing any importer information, tax number, customs documents, licenses, or other information required for clearance.
Delays or extra costs caused by missing, incorrect, or late customs information may be charged to the buyer.
7. Address accuracy and delivery information
The buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- recipient or company name;
- telephone number;
- street address;
- city;
- state or province;
- postal code;
- country;
- importer or tax information where required; and
- any special delivery instructions.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address may be charged to the buyer.
If the buyer requests an address change after dispatch, any resulting rerouting, storage, return, or redelivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Tracking and shipment documents
Tracking, carrier references, bill-of-lading information, or other shipment details will be provided when available.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and may be delayed during transfer between carriers, customs processing, or sea freight movements.
9. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is considered completed according to the carrier’s delivery record, signed receipt, proof of delivery, port release, warehouse receipt, or other confirmed delivery evidence.
The buyer should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and follow the Return and Refund Policy for any shortage, incorrect-item, visible-damage, or quality claim.
10. Split shipments
An order may be divided into multiple shipments where required by stock availability, production timing, carton limits, route availability, or logistics conditions.
Split shipments will be discussed with the buyer where practical.
Any additional shipping cost must be confirmed before dispatch unless the split shipment is required to correct an approved Lanjing MFG error.
11. Delays outside our control
Lanjing MFG is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- customs inspections or clearance delays;
- carrier delays or route suspension;
- flight or vessel changes;
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- labor disputes;
- public holidays;
- port congestion;
- government restrictions;
- war, civil disturbance, or public emergency; and
- incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the buyer.
We will provide available information and reasonable assistance, but such delays do not automatically create a right to cancel, deduct payment, or claim compensation.
12. Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
If tracking indicates a possible loss, serious delay, or transit damage, the buyer must contact Lanjing MFG promptly and provide the order number, tracking information, photos, videos, and any carrier documents available.
Lanjing MFG may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim. The outcome and timing of any carrier claim depend on the carrier’s investigation, insurance terms, and available evidence.
A carrier delay or investigation does not automatically result in an immediate refund or replacement.
13. Refused, unclaimed, or returned shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned because of buyer-provided information, failed customs clearance, unpaid duties, recipient unavailability, or other buyer-related reasons, the buyer may be responsible for:
- return freight;
- storage charges;
- redelivery costs;
- customs charges;
- disposal fees; and
- other related expenses.
Any reshipment or alternative arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
