Refund policy

This policy applies to business-to-business wholesale orders. It is subject to mandatory laws that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Claim deadline
Claims for shortages, wrong items, visible damage or quality issues must be submitted within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected if the issue can no longer be reliably verified.

2. Opening video required
A complete and continuous package-opening video is required. The video should clearly show the unopened carton, shipping label, all sides of the package, the opening process, the full contents and the claimed issue. Buyers should also provide carton labels, packing details, product photos, variant information and quantities.

3. Shortages and wrong items
After the evidence is reviewed and the claim is approved, the normal remedy is replacement added to the buyer's next order. The exact remedy will be confirmed in writing.

4. Quality issues
Minor color differences, normal production tolerances, manual measurement differences and batch variations are not automatically considered defects. For approved material or workmanship issues, replacement is normally added to the buyer's next order.

5. Non-quality returns
Because international return shipping is costly, non-quality returns are generally not accepted. This includes buyer preference, slow resale, incorrect size or color selected by the buyer, and changes of mind after order confirmation.

6. Sea-return arrangements
A sea-return arrangement may be considered only when agreed in writing before the goods are sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. The responsible party for return shipping and related costs must be agreed in writing.

7. No unauthorized deductions
Buyers must not deduct a claim amount from an unpaid balance or future payment unless LANJINGMFG confirms the deduction in writing.
