Can I mix different brands and products?
Yes. Eligible brands, styles, colors and sizes can be combined to reach the 25-piece mixed wholesale minimum.
Is shipping included in the product price?
No. Shipping is calculated after the destination, quantity, total weight, carton count and preferred route are reviewed.
Do I need to pay during checkout?
No. Checkout submits the order request. Payment is arranged only after stock, shipping and the final invoice are confirmed.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
We will contact you before issuing the final invoice and discuss available alternatives or quantity adjustments.
How quickly are ready-stock orders dispatched?
Ready-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Can I place a sample order?
Sample requests may start from 5 pieces. Contact the wholesale team before placing a sample order because the standard website MOQ is 25 garment pieces.
